This Privacy Policy applies to the Memory Cleaner & Storage Assistant mobile application ("App"), developed and published under package name com.memorycleanerandroid.app. This document explains how our App handles information, user data, device permissions, and third-party services in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Our App is built on a privacy-first architecture. All file indexing, memory inspection, and duplicate identification processes occur locally on your device.

• Personal Data: We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• User Files & Storage: The App scans files, photos, and media purely on-device to present hardware storage metrics, identify duplicate files, and clear application-owned temporary files. None of your files or document names are transmitted to external servers.
• Operation Logs: Cleanup history (reclaimed storage bytes and item counts) is stored in a private local database on your device and can be cleared at any time in the History screen.

3. Device Permissions & How They Are Used

To deliver utility features, the App requests specific runtime permissions in accordance with Google Play's Scoped Storage guidelines:

• Storage & Media Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required strictly to index and display media files and detect duplicate content on-device upon user request.
• Internet & Network State (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to load third-party advertisement units and process push notifications.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Optional permission requested on Android 13+ to deliver optional maintenance or cleanup reminder updates.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Services

The App integrates trusted third-party SDKs to support monetization and user communications. These partners may collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data in accordance with their privacy policies:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to display Banner, Interstitial, Native, and App Open ads. AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (GAID) and coarse device location to serve relevant ads. Refer to Google's Advertising Privacy Policy.
• OneSignal: Used for push notification services. OneSignal may collect device tokens and non-sensitive technical metadata. Refer to OneSignal's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.

We prioritize the security of your device data. Because file management operates locally using standard Android OS APIs, your private files remain within your device's isolated storage sandbox.
