The short version
Mrd Auto does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything you enter — such as the values in the Sealant Calculator — is processed only on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.
01Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how the Mrd Auto mobile application ("the app", "we", "us") handles information. The app is published by Mrd Auto Pvt. Ltd. and is a companion to the Mrd Tyre Sealant product. It lets you read product information and calculate the amount of sealant your tyres need.
By installing or using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02Information we collect
We designed Mrd Auto to work without collecting personal data. Specifically:
- No personal information — we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or account of any kind.
- No device identifiers — we do not gather advertising IDs, location, contacts, photos, or similar device data.
- No analytics or tracking — the app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioural-tracking software.
- No accounts — there is no sign-up or login.
The only inputs you provide are the calculator values described below, and these stay on your device.
03How the Sealant Calculator handles your inputs
When you use the calculator, you select a vehicle/tyre type and enter a number of tyres. The app multiplies a fixed per-tyre amount by your tyre count to show a recommendation. This calculation happens entirely on your device, in memory. The values are:
- not transmitted to our servers or any third party;
- not written to permanent storage; and
- discarded when you leave or close the screen.
04Data stored on your device
The app stores a single, non-personal setting on your device using Android's local preferences: a flag that records whether you have completed the introductory onboarding screens, so they are not shown every time you open the app. This flag contains no personal information, never leaves your device, and is removed if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
05Permissions and external apps
The app requests the following so that certain features can work. It does not use these to collect data about you.

| Email / web links | Tapping a contact email or website opens your default email or browser app. Those apps are governed by their own privacy policies. |
Opening these external apps is always initiated by you. We do not run any background activity or tracking.
06Third-party services
The app uses Android's downloadable fonts feature to load the Roboto typeface through Google's fonts provider, which is part of Google Play services on your device. This request is handled by your operating system, may involve Google receiving standard technical request information, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy. The app shares no personal data with this service. You can read Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Aside from this, Mrd Auto integrates no advertising networks, analytics providers, or social-media SDKs.
07How we use information
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use it for any purpose. The on-device values you enter are used solely to display your sealant recommendation while you are using the app.
08Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal data — because we do not collect any. The "Share App" feature shares only the promotional message you choose to send, to recipients you select.
09Data retention and security
We hold no personal data on our systems, so there is nothing for us to retain or expose. The single onboarding flag and any calculator inputs live only on your device and are protected by your device's own security. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.
10Children's privacy
Mrd Auto is a general-audience utility app intended for vehicle owners. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).
11Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights over your personal data. Since Mrd Auto does not collect or hold personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Any information remains under your control on your own device. 12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change in the app. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
